Do you have everything planned and you JUST need a person you can trust for the day of? Help to coordinate vendors, ensure timeline is running smoothly, and ensure that the bride and groom have a completely stress-free day to enjoy the wedding. (Service is for 8 hours) - can be extended at an additional rate of $50/hour.
Got most of your vendors and just need someone to help with the details? Comes equipped with a full on Wedding Bible, Ceremony schedule, bridal party meeting, coordination with vendors, timelines for the day prior, ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and includes day of coordination.
Completely overwhelmed with where to start? Need someone to help with the full process? This comes with full moodboard inspiration building, vendor sourcing, DIY sourcing, wedding timetables, budget tracking, and every detail you can think of! This also comes with 8 hours of Day of Coordination.
Need someone to bring the energy up for your wedding? Have an MC to bring the engagement, the games and the energy throughout your reception! Includes timetable and schedule review. *Note, 20% discount if I am already your Wedding Coordinator.
About Me
When I got married myself last year, I considered myself very much a Type A bride - I had everything planned, right down to a 40 page wedding bible with timelines and decor lists. But when I got quotes from day-of-coordinators, they were significantly over my budget. Furthermore, it was so hard to even understand exactly how much planners were charging - already in the midst of planning a wedding, I didn’t want to play mind-games with vendors.
That’s why I started SHEKIT Events.
I love weddings and I truly loved planning my own wedding/others’ weddings.
I share transparent pricing right on the website - you have so little time, it shouldn’t be spent on trying to guess what prices vendors are charging.
Prices are 100% fair - you’re already spending a lot on a wedding, you should be getting fair prices for the services you need.
