Day-Of:

  • 8 hours of on-site coverage*

  • Set up of small decor items and placing according to plan (welcome signs, welcome table items, guest gifts, nametags, candles, etc)

  • Vendor Day of Contact and direction

  • Ceremony cueing and pacing

  • Full timeline management - keeping everything on schedule

3 Months Planner + Day of Coordinator
